    His hands-on executive experience spans a range of industries and prominent organisations, including leadership roles at Colchones Rosen, Industrias Textiles Artela, Mellafe y Salas (National Panasonic), and as General Manager of the financial, real estate, and hotel investment holding Nexxus (Ergas Group). He has also served as Executive Director and General Manager of Valle Nevado, held board positions with Hotel Plaza San Francisco, Fundación Coanil, and Librerías Bros.

    Sergio is an Odyssey Certified Consultant (OCC) and an accredited Executive Coach (ACC), with advanced certifications in Ontological and Transformational Coaching, as well as a Master Coach Level 3 credential from the Behavioural Coaching Institute. Known as “The Magician” for his creative and disciplined approach, he is widely respected for helping clients achieve their goals with courage, confidence, and clarity.
