Sergio brings over 40 years of professional experience in managerial and executive roles, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, leadership, and building high-performance teams to achieve organisational goals.
His hands-on executive experience spans a range of industries and prominent organisations, including leadership roles at Colchones Rosen, Industrias Textiles Artela, Mellafe y Salas (National Panasonic), and as General Manager of the financial, real estate, and hotel investment holding Nexxus (Ergas Group). He has also served as Executive Director and General Manager of Valle Nevado, held board positions with Hotel Plaza San Francisco, Fundación Coanil, and Librerías Bros.
Sergio is an Odyssey Certified Consultant (OCC) and an accredited Executive Coach (ACC), with advanced certifications in Ontological and Transformational Coaching, as well as a Master Coach Level 3 credential from the Behavioural Coaching Institute. Known as “The Magician” for his creative and disciplined approach, he is widely respected for helping clients achieve their goals with courage, confidence, and clarity.
A pioneer in the academic space, Sergio was the founding Professor and Academic Director of Managerial Skills, Leadership, and Coaching at the University of Chile, where he was honoured with a Best Professor Citation for his contributions to teaching and leadership development.
